1. Agreement to terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Sol AI (the “Service”), operated by Sol AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Sol AI is an AI-powered chat assistant. Responses are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; generating harmful, abusive, or infringing content; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or using it to build a competing product through scraping or automated extraction.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your settings; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its branding. Subject to these Terms, you own the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by the underlying model provider's terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
