  • Usage data — counts like messages per day, used to enforce plan limits and improve the Service.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

3. How we use your data

To provide and secure the Service, generate responses, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing

To answer you, your messages are sent to our AI model provider, which processes them to generate a response. We do not sell your conversations, and they are not used to publicly identify you.

5. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, each processing data only as needed to provide its part:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Neon — database hosting for your account data and conversations
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics
  • A third-party AI provider — generating responses to your messages

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual conversations at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
